Fate Of Music Industry In India

Fate of the Music Industry in India By Bon Ami Laishram The music industry has long stood as one of the most emotionally resonant and economically robust sectors in entertainment. For millions of music lovers, music isn’t just a hobby—it’s life itself. Across genres and geographies, music has birthed icons who are not only immensely talented but also globally influential. In the West, musicians often enjoy greater recognition than movie stars, thanks to their ability to embody multiple creative roles—singer, songwriter, performer, actor, and more. But what about India? Can our music industry compete with this dynamic global wave? Or is it still tethered to the shadows of cinema? A striking example of the Western approach is the 2018 Hollywood film A Star is Born, directed by and starring Bradley Cooper alongside Lady Gaga. Gaga, being a professionally trained singer-songwriter, co-wrote original tracks for the film and performed them herself. Cooper, rather than lip-syncing, chose to...

Motivation: An Inbuilt Factor

Motivation: An Inbuilt Factor Bon Ami Laishram Motivation is what people consider as the basic factor to achieve their objectives in life . Punshiba could never express his feeling for her until they became accidental friend. He expressed his feeling and the girl responded ,"I know" which was a positive sign. They somehow got...

Multilanguage: A Tool for Grabing Opportunities

Multilanguage: A Tool for Grabing Opportunities Bon Ami Laishram Ethinic dialect or language is always  the first language for all and almost every section of the society proudly speaks their ethinic languages in the public gathering representing their cultures and heritages. This is good for some representatives of people but for the common people to communicate in the multilingual diverse country like India; a common language has to be used to communicate in effective manner among people from different ethinicities. Communication barriers create misunderstandings between the parties while dealing with a matter and hence resulted in conflict which may not have an end. There is lost-lost situation at the both side if such scenerio arises. Therefore, the educational bodies like the Central Board of Secondary Education and other state education governing bodies have been setting up the curriculum by making English subject and Hindi subject compulsory till 12th Standard i...
