Minor To Major: A Book Review Bon Ami Laishram Minor to Major is the debut novel for young novelist Rajkumari Kiranbala launched 11 months ago. I picked up this book from  Amazon.com  and went word by word, phrase by phrase, content by content and found the uniqueness in writing style and narration. It is beautifully penned by the author keeping the plot strong and entertaining. Multilanguage: A Tool for Grabing Opportunities Bon Ami Laishram Ethinic dialect or language is always  the first language for all and almost every section of the society proudly speaks their ethinic languages in the public gathering representing their cultures and heritages. This is good for some representatives of people but for the common people to communicate in the multilingual diverse country like India; a common language has to be used to communicate in effective manner among people from different ethinicities.
