Motivation: An Inbuilt Factor

Motivation: An Inbuilt Factor

Bon Ami Laishram

Motivation is what people consider as the basic factor to achieve their objectives in life . People usually come across certain ups and downs in their journey towards success or excellence. They begin losing hope as they begin witnessing some hindrances which are not that easy to clear off from their path. They are fine as long as the way is smooth. However, people react differently to the hindrances and all used different tools and techniques to clear the hindrances away from their paths.

A section of individuals has obtained the principle of never turning back and kick the ass of those who dare to come on their paths. A section of people keeps framing strategies to pluck off the hindrances, a group would go for a speech by a motivational speaker. The first group is being aggressive and quick, the second group is visionary and the third group is sum total of failures and fools who echoed the town with,"We are the fool" lyrics.

Its important to stay motivated always, however, distracting the inbuilt motivation factor and relying on other's inbuilt factor is an act of sealed brains. Everyone is gifted and they are good enough too guide themselve towards their destinations But they mute their inbuilt factors and keep looking up at someone who actually haven't done anything significant in life other than just making use of his inbuilt factor of self motivation. This proper ulitization of the inbuilt factor earns him bread and butter or sometime wine. The ones who have muted the inbulit factor of self motivation are paying these insignificant people for using their inbuilt factor of self motivation. And hence created employment which is one of the bright side of the economy.

Motivational speaking is identication of the problem and suggesting the solution to the problems and also includes  lending their brains to the others who have muted brains. Motivator or the motivational speaking has evoled in the country like an industry runs by either degree holders or non degree holders like BPO industry. Any Tom, Dick and Harry opens up a YouTube channel, an open Instagram account,  page on Facebook or Twitter and then become the motivational speakers. People listen to them. They frame whhatever they guided to implement in real life to solve their problem. However, the success rate is very low, in short, its mostly inapplicable. Thus, its said,"Listen to all but do your own." There is nothing wrong in listening to those poeple speaking online or offline but living according to them can be both terrible and hilarious at the same time. Those whoever tried to implement the steps stated by these fellow online or offline have all the right to face embarrassment and frustration.

Therefore, everyone should be using the inbuilt factor of their own and be self motivated always. An individual knows himself more than anyone else does, hence, keeping all the factors like his strengths, weaknesses, fear factors etc in concern, he can tackle any problem that comes in his path and uproot the problem either with his physical strength or the mental strength as per the need arises.

There won't be any Tom, Dick and Harry distrubing the masses online on the protext of executing their their fundamental right of expression as per granted by the constitution of India if people started using then self motivational factor which is inbuilt since the growing up stage.

Book Review: Hirohito and the Making of Modern Japan

Book Review: Hirohito and the Making of Modern Japan Bon Ami Laishram This nonfiction work, authored by Herbert P. Bix and published in 2000, delves into the life of Emperor Hirohito during the Second World War. Bix explores the controversial roles of the emperor in triggering the war and his involvement in war crimes, presenting Hirohito as a central figure in plotting the conflict. Japan's emergence as a military superpower in the late 19th century, following the Meiji Restoration under Emperor Meiji, set the stage for Hirohito's reign. The rapid modernization propelled Japan into a prominent position in the East, marked by naval prowess and expansionist ambitions. The nation's efficient blend of traditional warfare skills and modern weaponry, demonstrated in conflicts like the First and Second Sino-Japanese Wars, showcased Japan's military might. The Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905, where Japan triumphed over the formidable European power Russia, further so...

Book Review: Start-Up Nation

Book Review: Start-Up Nation Bon Ami Laishram Start-Up Nation is the book by Dan Senor & Saul Singer. The book was published in 2009 but I have recently completed this book. This is the story of Israel rapid economic growth despite being surrounded by not so friendly neighbours, lack of natural resources, small area size and so on. Israel is the only Jewish state in the world and the controversies follow along. Muslim world doesn’t recognised Israel as a state except the UAE & Bahrain. It’s because the land is under the radars of two different schools of thought. One is being the Jews who consider the land as their divine homeland and other being the Arabs who consider the State of Israel as occupying force. However, there is change in the Muslim world as well. A couple of them came forward for diplomatic ties with Israel as they witnessed the persistent advancement of Israel in economy, technology, leadership. The epitome of Arab world also started secret diplomacy...

Reevaluating Human Resource Management: Beyond Gender Stereotypes and Misunderstandings

Reevaluating Human Resource Management: Beyond Gender Stereotypes and Misunderstandings                              Bon Ami Laishram  Human Resource Management (HRM) has often been stereotyped as a "women's job" in both business schools and informal industry settings. This perception stemmed from the belief that qualities such as empathy, listening skills, and patience—traits commonly associated with women—were essential to succeed in HR roles. While these attributes are undoubtedly valuable in HR, the landscape has evolved significantly over the years. Today, HR is no longer seen through a gendered lens, and such stereotyping has diminished substantially. The role of HR has expanded, and gender is no longer a determining factor in hiring decisions. Although some companies may still exhibit gender bias in their selection processes, this is becoming increasingly rare. HR is a critical and often challenging f...
