A Time Slot

 Bon Ami Laishram

 

 Turning around the past,

A glorious slot is spotted;

Intangible and ever proceeding ,

Though imaginable and cherished.

 

Drowning in the imagination for a while,

Cherishing as if the time slot was lived for a while,

Everything perishes in a moment;

Realising the time slot was never lived.

 

Leaving the past behind,

Peeping into the flowing stream of time;

Hunting for the similar time slot

Until time indicates the slot has surpassed.

 

Drowning in the flow of time,

Imagining the presence in the past;

Living there for some moments

Until the present moment is sensed.

  Book Review: Start-Up Nation Bon Ami Laishram Start-Up Nation is the book by Dan Senor & Saul Singer. The book was published in 2009 but I have recently completed this book. This is the story of Israel rapid economic growth despite being surrounded by not so friendly neighbours, lack of natural resources, small area size and so on. Israel is the only Jewish state in the world and the controversies follow along. Muslim world doesn’t recognised Israel as a state except the UAE & Bahrain.
